Adobe Acres Nigerian
Dairy Goats
Antelope Valley Fair, Lancaster, CA
Hello and welcome.   My name is Debbie.   My husband, Tim, and I live in Nipomo, CA.  Nipomo is on the Central Coast of California.   We live about 7 miles from the Pacific Ocean.

I aquired my first two goats in 1997 from the Copper Penny herd in Santa Margarita.  Penny lives about 45 minutes north of me in the beautiful San Luis Obispo north county area.

My first goats were for pets but I soon had the itch to show. These wonderful goats in a mini size are so easy to care for and less expensive to feed than the larger goats.   In porportion to their size they give about the same amount of milk as large goats.

Well, I've retired from soapmaking and selling at Farmers Market. It was lots of  fun.   I will miss all the wonderful people but I'm enjoying what I want to do which is learning to spin on my new spinning wheel and really liking it.
